Abstract: The synthetical index of the safety assessment is constituted by the theory foundation of the method of layered analysis in this paper, which confirming the magnitude ratio of the various accident cases of the coal mines according to the specialty and rule of the accident cases in this day, so, which improve the veracity and scientific of the conclusion of the safety assessment.
