刚性罐道振动检测中的信号处理问题

    PROBLEMS ON SIGNAL PROCESSING OF SHAFT STEELWORK LIBERATION MEASUREMENT

    • 摘要: 对提升容器在刚性罐道中运行产生的振动信号进行测试、分析有助于了解提升容器-井筒装备系统的运行状态,因此,本文对罐道振动检测中的信号处理与分析问题作了研究。在阐明一般处理过程的同时,提出时域分析中将概率密度函数与峰值法接合判断容器总体运行质量的判别思想。

       

      Abstract: As is well known,it helps to understand the situation of hoisting container-shaft equipment system that testing and analyzing the liberation signals while containers going along the guiding steelwork.Therefore,in this paper,the problem on signal processing of shaft steelwork liberation measurement is studied.Normal processing methods are illustrated with practical examples.Moreover,a new thought combining possibility density function with peak value to evaluate the total running level is brought forth.
