无底柱分段崩落法放矿结构参数优化研究

    Research on structural parameter optimization of ore drawing in pillarless sublevel caving

    • 摘要: 放矿工作是无底柱分段崩落法的核心工作,结构参数的选取则是放矿工作所要解决的重要内容,其直接影响着采场的出矿效率及各项回贫经济指标。本文首先阐述了近年来"高分段"及"大间距"理论在实践中的新认识,并结合昆钢大红山铁矿高变分段放矿研究实例,从实验室相似模拟放矿试验、PFC3d软件数值模拟两方面分别展开放矿步距及进路尺寸参数组合优选、进路间距优选研究等,得到了高变分段放矿条件下合理放矿步距指标为6.72~7.56m,合理进路间距指标为25m等结论无底柱分段崩落法放矿结构参数优化研究对指导放矿工作具有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: Ore drawing is the core work of Pillarless Sublevel caving,and the selection of the structural parameters in stope is an important work of ore drawing,it directly impacts on the mining efficiency and mining economic indicators(including recovery and dilution depleted).This paper firstly described the new understanding of the "high sublevel" and "large space" theory in practice,combined with specific studies in "high and different sublevel ore drawing" of Dahongshan-Iron MIining of Kungang,this paper carried out studies on optimization of ore drawing step with approach dimensions,optimization of approach spacing,respectively form laboratory similar simulation and software numerical simulation,got the answer that under the high and different sublevel ore drawing situation,reasonable ore drawing step indicator was 6.72~7.56m,reasonable approach spacing indicator was 25m,the optimization of the structural parameters of Pillarless Sublevel caving had a great significance to guide the work of ore drawing.
