层次分析法在资源枯竭型城市选择就业项目中的应用

摘要: 资源枯竭型城市正面临着十分严峻的就业形势。解决就业问题常常需要决策上什么项目,本文提出用层次分析法对就业项目进行优化选择。用此方法可以选出那些具有优势的项目,避免盲目决策。

Abstract: Cities where resources have dried up are facing very austere position of obtaining employment.To solve the problem of obtaining employment,it often needs to decide what project should be put up.In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process was used in choosing good projects to solve the problem of obtaining employment.Those projects with advantages can be chosen by this method to avoid choosing project blindly.
