Abstract: The mine enterprise is the special economic entity and different in common enterprises. It has its own characteristic.At present, there is not the special method in the mine enterprise appraises. This article unifies the characteristic of mine enterprise, selects the representative index,uses value engineering theories to establish the appraise model which reflects the mine enterprise the overall situation, and provide a new method in the mine enterprise appraises.
