Abstract: According to geological survey of the slope and the analysis of the result, the characteristics of the slope were fully analyzed and the influence factors were analyzed. Based on the influence factors, the main factors were the geological reason, anthropic factor, hydrological factor. To treat the slope, the main influence factors were analyzed. Based on the result of geological survey and the use of the Janbu method, the model of stability was established. The analysis of the model can provide some basis that can be used to analyze the stability of slope and treat the slope.
