Abstract: Starting with the status quo of China′s non-renewable energy fiscal and taxation policy problems,the papers first analysis the cause of the problem and the international advanced experience,on the eyes of the goals of fiscal and taxation policy of China′s non-renewable energy.Last,from policy objectives,policy instruments and policy functions,it discuss the ways how to build the fiscal and taxation policy system of China's non-renewable energy for sustainable development.
