Abstract: Mineral resources in Henan Province contributes a lot to the development of Eastern areas and the nation, however, the environmental pollution and ecologial destructions caused by long-termed mining cannot be wholly compensated. With the application of ecology, economics theory, we try to study the ecological compensation mechanism, contents, framework and ensuring measures.
