重晶石-石英-萤石伴生矿选矿试验研究

    Experimental study on beneficiation for associated minerals of barite,quart and fluorite

    • 摘要: 湖南某重晶石矿与石英、萤石和铅锌矿等伴生,为综合开发利用该矿产资源,对其进行选矿试验研究。矿石中含0.98%的铅锌矿,具有一定回收价值,试验采用硫酸铜、乙基钠黄药优先回收铅锌混合粗精矿,浮选铅锌尾矿则采用水玻璃作石英等脉石矿物抑制剂,十二烷基硫酸钠为捕收剂浮出重晶石精矿。通过混浮铅锌、一粗、一扫和五精重晶石浮选闭路流程,获得了铅锌品位35.49%、产率2.54%的铅锌混合粗精矿,BaSO4品位92.15%、BaSO4回收率94.33%、比重4.3g/cm3的重晶石精矿,以及BaSO4品位仅5.07%的重晶石尾矿,实现了重晶石、铅锌矿与石英等脉石矿物的有效分离。铅锌混合粗精矿可进一步浮选获得合格的铅精矿与锌精矿。

       

      Abstract: A certain barite in Hunan was associated with quartz,fluorite and lead-zinc ore.An experimental study on beneficiation had been carried out in order to develop and utilize the mineral resources comprehensively.The ore contained 0.98% of lead-zinc ore,which had certain collection value.Primarily,the copper sulfate and sodium ethyl xanthenes were used to collect lead-zinc mixed rough concentrate.Then the barite concentrate was obtained with sodium silicate as inhibitor of gangue minerals such as quart,and sodium dodecyl sulfate as collector from the tailings of lead-zinc flotation.The lead-zinc mixed rough concentrate with lead-zinc grade 35.49% and yield 2.54%,the barite concentrate with BaSO4 grade 92.15%,BaSO4 recovery 94.33% and density 4.3g/cm3,barite tailings with BaSO4 grade 5.07% were obtained through mixed flotation of lead-zinc and closed-circuit barite flotation process of one roughing,one scavenging and five cleaning.An effective separation of barite and lead-zinc ore with gangue minerals such as quart was realized.The qualified lead concentrate and zinc concentrate can be gotten by further flotation from lead-zinc mixed rough concentrate.
