长壁工作面长度优化数学模型分析

    Analysis of long-wall face optimization mathematical model

    • 摘要: 长壁工作面长度合理选择直接关系到矿井的集中化生产程度,不仅有利于提高矿井产量,而且可以降低成本,实现高产高效。本文针对长壁工作面长度优化的特点,建立了最优工作面长度数学模型,揭示出长壁工作面长度影响因素(煤层厚度、采煤机开机率、工人工资、设备费用和支护费用)的变化与最优工作面长度变化之间的规律。

       

      Abstract: The length selection of long-wall face is directly related to the mine centralized production degree,It is not only beneficial to improve the mine production,but also to reduce the cost and achieve high yield and high efficiency.Base on the characteristics of the length selection of long-wall face,a mathematical model of working face optimum length is built.Finally,the rule of working face optimum length while the long-wall face length parameters (thickness of coal seam,shearer running rate,the wages,the cost of equipment and the supporting cost) changes is revealed.
