Abstract: Based on the inherent relation among mineral resources,mineral assets and mining capital,the paper studies the experiences of global allocation of mineral resources of developed countries.According to Chinese present situation of economy developing and international cooperation mining,the following suggestions are proposed to promote the global allocation of mineral resources: building the cross-country mining companies integrately operating mineral resources,mineral assets and mining capital,combinating "walking out "and "coming in "mining,transferring direct allocation of mineral resources-mineral assets to indirect allocation of mineral assets-mining capital,as well as replacing single-component operating model with multi-components operating model.
