Abstract: To the defects of the existing drainage pipe explosive blocking device which is in the impact of technology and the restriction of economic conditions, results in poor effect of blocking burst andcan’t achieve the desired effect. this paper designs a kind of pressure relief gas drainage pipe burst blocking device which constitutes by the vacuum chamber, explosion resistance material, temperature and pressure sensors, smart blank and PLC control cabinets, in addition to achieving the function of the existing gas drainage pipeline explosion blocking, has a role in pressure relief and power reducing. Its braking action is rapid, sensitive and the explosion blocking vent is effective, safe, reliable, low cost, economic and suitable.
