Abstract: The 46^th CCOP Annual Session of CCOP was held in Vung Tau Vietnam on October 18 this year. During the meeting, Vietnam, the host country, has shown unprecedented enthusiasm and vitality to the CCOP member countries. The participants also have the opportunities to know the development of Vietnam's petroleum industry. In the recent years, Vietnam's petroleum industry developed rapidly, and international cooperation projects followed. The pace of development was one of the best in Southeast Asia. Along with two territorial disputes, Vietnam is increasingly becoming a potential competitor of China's in Southeast Asia.
