Abstract: The essence of creative management lies in the creativeness of management mechanism.A constant safety mechanism based on a full understanding of human nature,healthy and stimulating,is the key point in motivating voluntary safety behavior.With the study of human nature,the current paper further researches into the practice and effect,as a result of a constant safety mechanism based on human nature,pioneered in the Branch of Jinggezhuang Mining Industry.It is a revelation of the essence of human-nature-based safety management.
