Abstract: By way of analyzing "S" pattern between the copper consumption and the economic development in a long period of typical industrialized countries, and considering the history of copper consumption in china and the economic development trend in future, we forecast the copper demand for the next 25 years in three different economic environments.In order to protect the supply security of supply of overseas copper resources, we also make a plan for the intending supply condition of copper in China.
