Abstract: Using the restriction and encourgment policy of amphitryon government to forecast mining investment climate, besides which using the micro-indicator to assess is much more popular.This work summarized the advantage and disadvantage of three available kind of assess methods through observing specific mineral grass root expenditure proportion and absolute value as indicator to assess and forecast the mining investment climate.
