液压支架掩护梁可靠性优化设计方法研究

    Study on the design method of the reliability optimization of the powered support cover beam

    • 摘要: 针对液压支架目前的可靠性优化研究现状,分别在最大应力与疲劳寿命约束前提下,结合有限元分析方法对液压支架掩护梁结构进行了可靠性优化设计。分析了每个优化目标对参数的敏感程度,最终提出了五个设计方案,并对其进行了数据实验,通过实验的对比分析获得了最佳的可靠性性优化设计方案,其结果表明经过优化设计后的液压支架不仅降低了重量及成本,而且其各种性能要求都能满足国家标准。该设计方法在降低支架成本、满足支架的可靠性方面提供了设计依据,为之后的优化设计提供了新的思路。

       

      Abstract: Aimed at the current reliability optimization of hydraulic supports,the reliability optimization design of the shields of hydraulic powered supports was carried out with the finite element method under the condition of maximum stress and fatigue life constraints.The sensitivity of each optimization target to the parameters is analyzed.Finally,five design schemes are proposed and the data experiments are carried out.The optimal reliability design is obtained through the comparative analysis.The results show that after the design of the hydraulic support the optimized design not only reduces the weight and cost,and its various performance requirements can meet the national standards.The design method provides a foundation for reducing the cost of the stent and satisfying the reliability of the stent,and provides a new idea for the subsequent optimization design.
