摘要: 以全球变暖为主要特征的气候变化,将导致极端降水事件频数增多、强度增大,从而影响尾矿库防洪工程的设计标准等。本文阐述了高度重视气候变化对尾矿库防洪安全影响的必要性,并以库址安全性极其重要的尾矿库为例,论述了将"最大可能洪水" (PMP)引进尾矿库工程防洪设计标准领域的必要性。Abstract: Climate change characterized by global warming will result in the increase in frequency and intensity of extreme precipitation events, impacting the design standard for tailing pond flood control works. This paper discusses the necessity of emphasis on the impact of climate change on tailings pond flood control. Besides, tailings ponds whose site safety is essential are taken as examples to discuss the necessity of introducing "probable maximum precipitation" (PMP) into the tailings pond flood control design standard.
