Abstract: Based on the theory of Marxist’s science labor value, this paper analyses the structure and the correlation of the three values ( value of mineral resources, value of mineral, value of mine right), gives the quantification formulae about values and the idea about the mineral resources values compensation and the mine right value distribution.
