金矿尾矿的除铁硫研究

    STUDY ON THE GANGUE OF GOLD MINE REMOVE IRON AND REMOVE SULFUR

    • 摘要: 用螺旋溜槽 -弱磁选 -强磁选 -浮选工艺, 对金矿尾矿进行除铁除硫试验研究, 经过一段重选、一段弱磁选、两段强磁选和三次浮选, 可得到产率约 40 %、含铁小于0.40%、含硫小于0.03%的长石粉, 可满足陶瓷原料要求。

       

      Abstract: Using spiral launder——weak magnetic separation——strong magnetic separation and flotation craft.Experiment research of removing the iron and removing the sulphur to the gangue of gold mine.Separate through a section gravity,a section of weak magnetic separation,two sections of strong magnetic separation and flotation three times.Get about 40% of the producing rate,iron content is smaller than 0.4%,sulphur content is smaller than 0.03% of the feldspar powder.Can meet the ceramic raw materials request.
