Abstract: The mineral resources in Tibet are abundant,but there is low-level and crude-mode development and utilization. The paper offers "characteristic development" and "strengthening exploration" basic stratagems of Tibetan mining development based on analysis of strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
