Abstract: As the issuing and implementation of 《the Law of Energy-saving》, the present author tends to probe into the current situation of mining energy-saving both at home and abroad and proposes the concept, content and the great importance of implicit energy-saving. Then it is followed by several technological strategies and mining approaches that can exert vital influence on the implicit energy-saving of out-pit and underground mining. This may provide essential guidance for the national mining corporations to properly implement the law of energy-saving.
