贫磁铁矿阳离子反浮选降硅试验

    Reverse flotation tests for silicon dioxide reduction of low-grade magnetite with cationic collector

    • 摘要: 湖北省陨西具有较为丰富铁矿资源,矿石中铁含量较低,原矿中全铁(TFe)含量约15%左右,属于贫磁铁矿。铁矿物的嵌布粒度较细,通过三次阶段磨矿-弱磁选得到铁精矿全铁品位仅为51.76%,而且Al2O3、SiO2含量高。对该矿弱磁选精矿进行低温阳离子反浮选提铁研究,在完成浮选条件试验的基础上,进行一粗一精两扫开路反浮选小型闭路流程试验,最终获得较好指标:精矿产率为63.10%,精矿品位为64.19%,回收率为78.32%,SiO2的脱除率达到50.36%,Al2O3可满足高炉冶炼要求。

       

      Abstract: There are rich iron ore resource in Yunxi,but iron content is about 15%,belongs to low-grade magnetite,particle size is so fine that the grade of concentrate is only 51.76%,contents of Al2O3,SiO2 are relatively high through three-stage grinding-weak magnetic separation.Study on reverse flotation for silicon dioxide reduction of low-grade magnetite with cationic collector,On the basis of single condition flotation technical parameters tests,Good flotation results were obtained at last With one roughing,once cleaning and twice scavenging closed-circuit process:the concentrate production rate is 63.10%,grade is 64.19%,recovery rate is 78.32%.Rate of SiO2 reduction was 60.36%.Contents of Al2O3 was reduced to meet with demand of blast furnace feed.
