Abstract: Based on the economic condition and social environment of the damaged landscape in industrial mines,the research uses systematic method to analysis the driving forces and mechanism,as well as the internal and external resistance,of the industrial wasteland.In addition,the research uses score analysis to criticize all sorts of influence factors.By means of the score analysis,the research can draw a conclusion that policy,fund and regional environment have a great influence on industrial wasteland in mining area.Moreover,the factors mentioned above,are the guarantee conditions of success in wasteland reuse.Through the analysis of the driving factors,the author hopes that the research can providereference of wasteland reuse in mining areas,as well as the coordinationdevelopment of the town and the mine.
