大直径深井施工机械化的设计与应用

    Design and application of mechanized matched production line in large diameter kilometer vertical shaft construction

    • 摘要: 立井井筒施工机械化合理配套,是提高井筒施工速度的关键。介绍了国内典型大直径千米立井施工工艺和机械化配套作业线的配置。井筒冻结施工阶段,配备了挖掘机、中心回转抓岩机、大容量4.0m3提升矸石吊桶、底卸式下放混凝土吊桶和液压滑升模板、大功率绞车等大型设备,采用了延期电雷管和减震爆破新技术;基岩段施工,除了保留冻结段中心回转抓岩机以外,又增加了新型伞钻配备YGZ-70重型凿岩机、有效高度为4.5m的整体金属刃角下行砌壁模板,采用了抗水、抗杂散电流毫秒电磁雷管控制爆破等技术;在井筒1038m深度改绞,选用卷筒直径为4.0m的大型绞车。应用显示,井筒机械化配套作业线,满足了超千米立井井筒快速施工的需要。

       

      Abstract: Mechanized construction line is the key factor to accelerate construction of vertical shaft. This paper introduces typical domestic construction techniques and mechanized matched production line of large-diameter kilometer vertical shaft construction. During frozen wellbore construction stage, The entreprise equipped with excavators, the center grab rotary, high-capacity upgrade of waste 4.0m3 bucket, concrete hopper bucket and hydraulic decentralized sliding template, high-power winch and other large equipment, and used electric detonators and new technology to reduce blasting vibration; when arriving at bedrock site, additionally reservation of the center grab rotary machine in frozen stage, it increased the new umbrella drilling YGZ-70 heavy-duty rock drill, the effective height of 4.5m metal blade angle of down building templates, the controlled blasting detonators of water resistant, and anti-millisecond electromagnetic stray current technologies etc; At 1038m depth, the shaft changed the twist and used big winch of 4.0m diameter reel. Application shows that shaft mechanized production line meets the needs of ultra-1000 meters vertical shaft construction.
