Abstract:
It has been 25 years since the “going out” strategy of overseas oil and gas was implemented.During this period, we have experienced the ups and downs of oil prices, as well as the geopolitical unrest in our country, and we have some lessons learned from it.The major achievement is the formation of five major strategic cooperation zones of oil and gas, and the establishment of three major strategic pipelines of oil and gas which are from three different directions including north, west and south. The authors discuss the specific emphases of the functions of the five main oil and gas strategic cooperation zones. It is believed that different types of resources should be coordinated and developed based on different market environments. Finally, The authors provide the ideas and considerations about developing of new overseas upstream projects of oil and gas.
