Abstract: The growth rate of steel production and consumption keeps declining and the total output and consumption on high level during industrialization and modernization in USA.In the period of industrial revolution and initial stage of industrialization,the average growth was 10%~40% per year.China is at the middle stage of industrialization,the production and consumption of steel will keep rapid growth.
