Abstract: Based on the premise that China’s export quotas may be cancelled, the situation of tungsten domestic and overseas is analyzed in the article while the current situation of tungsten industry of China is discussed by comparing the statistic data of resources reserves, production and consumption of the last two years of tungsten. Besides that the influence of WTO judgment on the future development of Tungsten industry in our country is expound. After all, this article focuses on that the export quotas will bring a huge change to China in export policy, adjustment of tax rate and overseas supply pattern. And it also have a positive effect on the improvement of mineral resources reserve system and the development of Commodity Exchange. To mostly decrease the negative influences of WTO’s losing, the auther proposes several management advices:perfect the industry chain, establish the balance of the industry evolution, complete the legislation of the recycle utilization industry, and consummate the market mechanism to protect the healthy development of tungsten industry.
