Abstract: In this paper,According to the state of Baishan city,Based on the analysis of the present problems and difficulty in exploiting mine resources,saved energy and reduced waste,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions were put Forwards on keep to scientific development,put on the harmony,to constructing the green Baishan city,Put on the saved energy and reduced waste,and economically sustainable development.
