旋流分级浓缩工艺在北洺河铁矿的应用

    APPLICATION OF CLASSIFIED THICKENING PROCESS IN TAILINGS DEHYDRATION OF BEIMINGHE IRON MINE

    • 摘要: 本文采用旋流器-浓密机分级浓缩流程对北洺河铁矿尾矿进行了脱水试验,试验结果表明,采用125旋流器与浓密机组成的分级浓缩系统,可将28%的低浓度全尾矿浓缩至60%以上,并可有效回收清水。该工艺具有流程简单、浓缩效率高、设备投资少、占地面积小、运行成本低的特点,可实现全尾矿的高效浓缩,便于矿山实现工业化生产。

       

      Abstract: Hydrocyclone-thickener classifying and thickening experiments of Beiminghe Iron mine tailings are studied in the paper.According to the experimental results,the total tailings can be condensed from 28% low thickness to more than 60% and water can be reused effectively using the classifying-thickening process composed of ø125 hydrocyclone and thickener.The process has the strongpoint of simple flow,high condense efficiency,low investment,small workshop area and low productive cost.The process can fulfill the high efficient thickening of total tailings and it is convenient to be industrialized for the mine.
