斜面干选机的设计及试验研究

    Design of inclined plane dry separator and its experiment reasearch

    • 摘要: 河北某铁选厂处理含铁14.33%的低品位钒钛磁铁矿,该矿开采过程中矿石贫化严重,选厂原生产流程中磁滑轮预选效果不好,企业生产成本高。为选厂提产增效,针对该铁矿的特点,设计了新型的预选设备斜面干选机,斜面干选机是一种磁、重联合作用为一体的磁铁矿预选设备。应用该设备取代原来的磁滑轮进行预选,试验结果表明,用该设备处理低品位磁铁矿可以抛弃合格尾矿(TFe为7.24%,mFe为0.63%),并可按实际需要生产不同质量要求的精矿(TFe为18%~21%)。该设备结构简单,分选好,有一定的应用前景。

       

      Abstract: A low-grade vanadium-titanium magnetite ore mixed with lots of gangues contains Fe 14.33% in Hebei. Magnetic Rolling technics in separating flow can not economize mineral resource and improve economic results.The Inclined plane dry separator is used in low grade iron ore pre-concentration flowsheet for iron ore quality improvement, which combining magnetic separating and gravity separating theory. The experimental results show that it can obtain iron concentrate with different grade(iron concentrates grading at 18%~21%) and discard qualified tailing(iron concentrates grading at 7.24%,magnetic iron grade at 0.63%).The separator with simple structure can improve quality of concentrate and has a broad application prospect.
