水封式高位抽放巷道瓦斯抽放机理和应用研究

    Mechanism and application research of gas drainage in high level drainage tunnel by water sealing system

    • 摘要: 针对在低透气性煤层中抽放效果差,且传统抽放密封性不好等缺点,依据回采工作面矿山压力显现规律,本文提出水封式高位抽放巷道瓦斯抽放,并对其机理进行分析;以张集矿1111(1)综采工作面为例,进行水封式高位抽放巷道瓦斯抽放的应用研究,并用FLAC进行数值模拟来确定冒落带和裂隙带的范围;结果表明:在低透气性煤层中采用水封式高位抽放巷道瓦斯抽放技术是可行的,具有抽放浓度高、稳定性好的优越性,从而为综采工作面瓦斯治理提供经验。

       

      Abstract: In corresponding to the poor efficiency of traditional drainage method in low penetration coal mine and disadvantage of bad sealing property, gas drainage in high level drainage tunnel by water sealing system(GDHTWSS) was proposed under the basis of the pressure distribution in working face, the mechanism was then discussed. Taking No. 1111(1) fully mechanized coal face in Zhangji mine as a example, the pilot test of GDHTWSS was conducted in the mine, and numerical simulation of FLAC was used to decide the range of caving zone and fracture zone. The result indicated that the GDHTWSS was feasible to apply in low penetration coal mine, which has the advantages of high concentration drainage and stability. Furthermore, it can enrich the experience of gas treatment in fully mechanized coal face.
