Abstract: For so many year people have mistaken fibred brucite as asbestos. But nowadays since people begin to be afraid of using asbestos and get to know more about fibred brucite, the fibred brucite market has become unbelieveably good. In this article, we will give the introduction of the similar physical and chemical characteristics between fibred brucite and asbestos, then explain why it is the perfect replacement of asbestos. In addition to that through our investigation of fibred brucite market, we find there will be a wide perspective in exploitation of fibred brucite.
