Abstract:
In view of the ore properties of limonite with lead and zinc in Guizhou, gravity separation, magnetic separation, chloride reduction roasting-magnetic separation, gravity separation-magnetic separation-chloride reduction roasting-magnetic separation were studied. Experimental results show that the gravity separation-magnetic separation-chloride reduction roasting-magnetic separation process is more effective to deal with the ore,in certain experimental conditions, access to the lead concentrate grade of 25.00% and recovery of 45.61%,iron concentrate grade of 64.08%, a good indicator of recovery of 84.74%, volatilization of lead and zinc during roasting process can be used wet recovery.
