含铅锌褐铁矿综合选别工艺研究

    Study on the separation process of limonite with Lead and Zinc

    • 摘要: 针对贵州含铅锌褐铁矿矿石性质,进行了重选、磁选、氯化还原焙烧-磁选、重选-磁选-氯化还原焙烧-磁选等选别工艺研究。试验结果表明,采用重选-磁选-氯化还原焙烧-磁选工艺处理该矿石比较有效。在一定试验条件下,获得了铅精矿品位25.00%、回收率45.61%,铁精矿品位64.08%、回收率84.74%的良好指标。其中,焙烧过程挥发的铅锌烟气,可通过湿法回收加以利用。

       

      Abstract: In view of the ore properties of limonite with lead and zinc in Guizhou, gravity separation, magnetic separation, chloride reduction roasting-magnetic separation, gravity separation-magnetic separation-chloride reduction roasting-magnetic separation were studied. Experimental results show that the gravity separation-magnetic separation-chloride reduction roasting-magnetic separation process is more effective to deal with the ore,in certain experimental conditions, access to the lead concentrate grade of 25.00% and recovery of 45.61%,iron concentrate grade of 64.08%, a good indicator of recovery of 84.74%, volatilization of lead and zinc during roasting process can be used wet recovery.
