矿业城市持续发展的生态安全研究

    STUDY ON ECOLOGICAL SECURITY FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN THE MINING CITIES

    • 摘要: 矿业城市是建立在资源、环境、经济和社会等子系统上的复杂系统,是城市发展与资源和环境保护之间矛盾较为突出的区域:城市布局不合理,城市整体结构不完善;人类开采活动造成了生态和景观的干扰和破坏,从而引起生态结构、功能的矿坏以及景观的破碎化。处理好这些矛盾对矿业城市的持续发展个有重要的现实意义。本研究人压力-状态-响应三方面构建了矿业城市生态安全评价指标体系,评价体系包括目标层、系统层、要素层和指标层,在此基础上构建了评价模型,并以安徽省淮南市为实例进行了分析和评价,评价结果与实际情况基本符合。

       

      Abstract: Mining Cities is a complicated system which is composed of resource、enviroment、economy and society subsystem,soit is a more extrusie contradictory district of balancing the development of city and the protection of resource and environment. These contradictories are irrational urban layout、incomplete urban structure and so on. The structure、function of ecology and landscape system was destroyed byhuman mining. If those problems could be solved properly, it is beneficial to the sustainable development in the Mining Cities. Based on the Pressure-State-Response Model,the indicators system of ecological security assessment in Mining Cities was established further, the evaluation model was pointed out. And then, the model is applied to analyzing and evaluating the security of Huainan city in Anhui province. The evaluation results are basically consistent with the fact of the district.
