全国矿业权实地核查成果开发与应用现状

Status quo of development and application of achievements of national survey and verification of mineral rights

摘要: 以全国矿业权实地核查工作为背景,对单矿业权成果、省级汇总成果和全国汇总成果进行了总结回顾。从三个方面介绍了核查成果开发与应用情况,推进了遗留问题的解决;推进了"一张图管矿";建立了矿政管理信息系统;建立了成果数据的拓展模式和动态更新机制;提出了地质测绘基础设施保护措施。在对核查工作进行总结评估的基础上,提出了加快实地核查成果开发与应用的五点建议:基层矿管领导重视;规范数据格式;完善矿政管理信息系统;建立配套的矿政管理制度;加大信息化管理培训力度。

Abstract: This paper summarized the achievements of national survey and verification of mineral rights in the background of field verification.The status quo of development and application of achievements is introduced,solving some remaining issues,promoting "mineral administration with one map" mode,establishing mineral administration information system,launching the data development model and the dynamic update mechanism,proposing measures to protect geological infrastructure.The author puts forward five suggestions to accelerate the development and application of verification results.
