Abstract: As the foundation work of the economy and society, the geological work provides the society and the government with geological product, which includes the information product and the service. This article analyzes the type and the supply way of geological product, utilizing the public product theory in the economics and combining the characteristics of geological product, and then analyzes the integrated production process of geological product in the condition of market economy and the quality of strategic minerals investigation, finally it advances the China Geological Survey should establish two sets of management system and movement mechanism, which adapt to the public geological product and the non-public geological product.
