铁矿山尾矿回填用钢渣基胶结剂的研究

    Steel slag-based cementing agent for tailings backfilling of iron mine

    • 摘要: 本研究以转炉钢渣为主要成分,寻求针对铁矿山尾矿浆的胶结剂;从钢渣的固化机理入手,选择水泥熟料、元明粉、纯碱等为激发剂。经过优化实验发现,当胶结剂组成为钢渣63.16%、水泥熟料24%、元明粉6%、纯碱2%、烧碱1.5%、硫酸铝3.3%和三乙醇胺0.04%时,钢渣基胶结剂和铁尾矿混合后的3d、7d和28d的抗压强度分别能达到0.65MPa、1.03MPa和1.58MPa,达到铁矿山矿洞尾矿回填的要求。

       

      Abstract: A new kind of steel slag-based cementing agent for tailings backfilling of iron mine was put forward and tested.Cement clinker,sodium sulfate,soda ash and other composition were selected as activator according to cementing mechanism of steel slag.The experiment result shows that the optimized composition of cementing agent is:63.16wt% steel slag,24wt% cement clinker,6wt% NaSO4,2wt%NaCO3,1.5wt%NaOH,3.3wt% Al2(SO)3 and 0.04wt% triethanolamine,and the corresponding compressive strength of the mixture of cementing agent with tailings slurry at 3d,7d and 28d are 0.65MPa,1.03MPa and 1.58MPa,The mixture are strong enough for tailings backfilling.
