Abstract: In order to promote the coal resources development and ecological civilization construction in our country in harmony,this article analyzes and summarizes the coal resources industry’s destroying and influencing on water resources, impacting on the environment of the air as well as hydrology and geology. On the basis of the irreversible harm done to China's environment and the ecological system by the unreasonable development of the coal resources, it puts forward the main measures for the construction of China's coal industry ecological civilization, such as to improve the recovery of compensation system of ecological environment in mining area, to promote coal green mining technology, to vigorously develop the circular economy of coal, to overall plan the layout of coal industry development.
