Abstract: With the vigorous development ofChina's mineral resources, then environmental and ecological become increasingly terrible.So that, strengthening environmental protection and circular economy construction has become the main target of mine construction. In this paper, the Nantong Coal Mine as an example, the works about the construction of environmental protection and circular economy. That provides a reference about the construction of green mine.
