Abstract: Mining economic zone construction is the basis,on which mineral resources are protected,developed and utilized reasonable,resources optimal allocation realized and regional sustainable economic developed.It is also the regional economic complex with unique advantages and features.This article summarizes the favorable conditions of Jintan salt basin construction to the economic zone of salt chemical mining for resources,technology,location and market.And raising the mining economic zone planning ideas from scientific planning for exploitation of the layout,effective use of salt caverns resources and extension of the salt chemical industry chain and so on.Based on this,combined with the salt mine exploitation and utilization and the current industrial policy,some ideas are proposed,such as to increase exploration efforts,to build green mine,to promote the integration and refinement of management and so on.
