Abstract:
It is essential to save resources for sustainable development,reduce energy consumption for controlling green gas emission,and protect ecology for constructing environmental friendly society,as are widely accepted common views.Based on these common views,it is of great consequence to research on this topic that how to reduce waste gas and water emitted by heavily pollution enterprises such as Lead and Zinc smelting enterprises (LZSEs).This paper firstly introduced research background which constructed a theoretical model of low carbon development for LZSEs by adopting the methodology of taking both theory and practice into consideration.Then this paper analyzed the common problems in LZSEs taking Zhuzhou Smelting Group as an example.Finally,this paper concluded that scientifically design,reconstruction based on design,efficient management,and science and technology innovation are possibly ways for LZSEs to realize low carbon development.
