Abstract: Our country is forced to cancel rare-earth export quota system.With the addition of economies slowing,developments of rare-earth industry face unprecedented challenges.When china’s economy enters into the new normal,rare earth industry is seriously affected.The demand of market for rare earth products falls sharply.How to cope with the change of market and industry situation by adjusting the industry management after the quota cancelled is crucial.This article analyzes the running status of domestic rare earth industry under the background of the New normal,as well as the impact of China’s rare-earth industry management policy of WTO,it puts forward the suggestion of rare earth industry management policy adjustment under the new situation from strategic planning,regulatory system,environmental protection.
