Abstract: This paper mainly analyzed the forming system of Coalmine Staff' Work Stress under the background of coalmine's special working environment and the organizational background of coalmine enterprises, including the analysis of coalmine staff's work stress source indicators and elements and dimension division of coalmine staff's work stress. On this base, this paper built a chart of coalmine staff's work stress, with a view to further the following empirical research and to give some guidance suggestions for coalmine enterprises to put forward some strategies to manage and control coalmine staff's work stress.
