PBT/OMMT纳米复合材料制备及阻燃性能研究

    Study on preparation and fire retarded properties of PBT/OMMT nanocomposites

    • 摘要: 采用熔融插层法制备聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)/有机膨润土(OMMT)纳米复合材料,加入阻燃剂提高PBT的阻燃性能。利用XRD、SEM观察纳米复合材料的结构及界面特征,测试阻燃效果和探讨其阻燃机理。实验结果表明:单一加入OMMT,可以提高阻燃性能,但效果不明显,而采用OMMT与阻燃剂混合使用,起到协效作用,在阻燃性能不降低的情况下(达到V-0级),可使阻燃剂用量降到一半,材料成本降低效果显著。

       

      Abstract: Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT)/montmorillonite (OMMT) nanocomposites were prepared by melting intercalation method, joined flame retardant in order to improve flame retarded properties of PBT. The structure and interface features of the nanocomposites were characterized by XRD and SEM, and discussed the mechanism of flame retardant. The results showed that adding OMMT can improve flame retarded properties, but the effect was not obvious, co-addition OMMT and fire retardant may play a synergy effect, in the conditions of not reduce the flame retarded properties (reach to V-0 level), the amount of fire retardant can be dropped to half, materials costs were significantly reduced.
