伊朗含硫磁铁矿选矿工艺研究

    Study on beneficiation of high-sulfur iron ore in Iran

    • 摘要: 进行了伊朗某含硫磁铁矿石的工艺矿物学研究、选别工艺研究。结果表明,该矿石含铁较高,铁矿物类型复杂,以磁铁矿为主,含少量赤、褐铁矿,有害杂质硫含量较高。矿石中存在镁和铁的类质同象混杂,其磁铁矿纯矿物品位低于68%,用机械选矿技术精矿铁品位不能提到68%以上。试验采用粗磨后磁选-反浮选或两段细磨后磁选工艺,均可得到铁品位67%以上、硫含量降至0.1%以下的合格铁精矿。

       

      Abstract: Study on process mineralogy and beneficiation of a sulfur magnetite ore in Iran.The results show that the ore contain high iron content,and iron minerals type are complex,dominated by magnetite,containing a small amount of Hematite,Limonite,the harmful impurities sulfur content higher.Because of isomorphism of magnesium and iron,the pure magnetite mineral grade is less than 68% Fe,so mechanical beneficiation technology can not be mentioned in more than 68% Fe concentrate.Using a stage grinding and magnetic separation-reverse flotation or magnetic separation process after the two-stage grinding can reach more than 67% of the iron grade,sulfur content is reduced to less than 0.1% of the qualified iron ore concentrate.
