酸处理凹凸棒粘土对Cd2+吸附性能的研究

    STUDY ON ADSORPTION PROPERTIES OF ACID-TREATED PALYGORSKITE CLAYS FOR Cd2+

    • 摘要: 用不同浓度盐酸活化凹凸棒粘土,考察了酸化凹凸棒粘土对Cd2+吸附率的影响。在此基础上,研究了溶液浓度、粘土加入量和悬浮液的pH值等因素对浓盐酸处理凹凸棒粘土吸附Cd2+性能的影响。结果表明,随着盐酸浓度的增加,酸处理凹凸棒粘土对Cd2+的吸附率增大。在Cd2+初始浓度为500mg/L、吸附液pH值为8.50、加入量为0.15g和吸附时间3h时,酸处理浓度12 mol/L的凹凸棒粘土对Cd2+的吸附率可达86.24%。Cd2+的吸附同时符合Langmuir等温式和Freundlich等温式。

       

      Abstract: In this paper,the effects of palygorskite clay with acid-treated of different HCl concentrations on adsorption properties for Cd2+ were investigated.On this base,the effects of concentration of Cd2+ solution,pH value of adsorption solution and amount clay on adsorption properties of acid-treated palygorskite clay for Cd2+ were studied.The results show that adsorption capacities of acid-treated palygorskite clay for Cd2+ increase with increasing HCl concentration.In the conditions of amount of palygorskite clay is 0.15g,adsorption time is 3h,pH value of initial adsorption solution is 8.50 and Cd2+ concentration of adsorption solution is 500mg/L,the adsorption capacity of 12mol/L HCI treated palygorskite clay for Cd2+ reach 86.24%.The adsorptions of Cd2+ on palygorskite clay were fitted to both Langmuir and Freundlich models.
