蓟县锰方硼石矿工艺矿物学研究

    Process mineralogy study on chambersite deposit in Jixian county

    • 摘要: 通过化学成分、矿物组成、结构构造等工艺矿物学研究,查明了天津蓟县锰方硼石矿主要矿物的工艺矿物学特征。结果显示,矿石中有用矿物为锰方硼石,脉石矿物主要有石英、白云石、长石、黏土矿物和绿泥石。锰方硼石和脉石矿石都呈集合体产出,其中锰方硼石集合体胶结疏松,而脉石矿物集合体胶结致密。根据矿石这一性质,建议采用细碎→筛分方案选别锰方硼石。在总结已有的研究成果的基础上,提出工艺矿物学研究应注重矿物集合体嵌布特征研究。

       

      Abstract: Using the analyses of chemical composition,mineral constituent,construction and structure,the process mineralogical properties of chambersite deposit in Jixiang county were studied.The result shows that the main useful mineral is chambersite.And the gangue minerals are quartz,dolomite,feldspar,clay mineral and chlorite.The chambersite and the gangue minerals all occurs as aggregate.The aggregate of chambersite is loose,while the aggregate of gangue minerals is compact.So,the process flow of fine crushing-screening can be used to recovering chambersite.Based on the available data,the authors propose that the dissemination characteristics of the mineral aggregate should be taken seriously in the process mineralogical study.
