Abstract: Taking a low grade of Feldspar from Henan Province as the object of study.According to chemical analysis,X-diffraction analysis,and research of process mineralogy,It is identified the ore composition and occurrence states.This paper uses simple process,appropriate size of ground product,desliming-granularity,magnetic intensity.Succeeds in separating effectively iron-oxide grade 0.83%sample.by grinding,desliming,the differences separation,magnetic separation,get concentrate iron-oxide grade 0.20%,productivity 83.9%.Glass ceramics used for veneer are prepared,by making use of the concentrate.When it adds 40%,The hardness of products are 6.5,flexural strength are 105.2MPa.It is better than Artificial marble.It provides a new way to develop this type of feldspar.
