Abstract: Comprehensive utilization of mineral resources is very important to high performance of mineral resources utilization,transformation of the mode of economic development,sustainable development.firstly,the overall situation of comprehensive utilization of mineral resources is summarized from associated mineral resources,low grade ore,mine solid waste,regeneration of metal,comprehensive utilization of mineral resources project.Then the main problems of comprehensive utilization of mineral resources are analyzed from resource management,scientific research and technology,policies and regulations,special project management.The overall train of thought and nine concrete pieces of suggestion are given in the end in order to help the policy formulation.
